Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month to month basis. 

 

Do you require a deposit?

We don't have a deposit, but we have a refundable cleaning fee that is required at the time of rental. Cleaning fee will be returned provided the unit is left clean and proper notice is given. 

 

When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime. 

 

How much notice needs to be given when I move out?

We require a 10 day written notice before you move out. 

 

How do I make a payment?

You can either pay in person or through the mail.  Our address is on the contract. 

 

What forms of payments do you accept?

Cash or Money Orders. VISA and MasterCard coming soon. 

 

Do I need to bring my own lock?

We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at time of move-in; however we also have locks available for purchase at the office. 

 

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions of a specific item. 

 

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

10' x 6' Holds furnishings of a one bedroom apartment, including some major appliances. 

10' x 24' size of 1 + car garage; Holds furnishings of a 3-4 bedroom residence, most vehicles, boats, and commercial trailers. 

 

These are estimates.  How you pack and the amount of your belongings should be considered when deciding the amount of space you need.
